Blogged under Front Page by Nothing but Net on Wednesday 29 November 2006 at 2:37 am

The Sixers didn’t shoot well (37.1%) or defend well (58.7%) and that’s a recipe for defeat.

The A.I.’s came to play, but the rest of the team was nowhere to be found. Allen Iverson was amazing with 45 points, 4 assists and 3 steals. Andre Iguodala added 15 points and 9 rebounds.

The Sixers fell to 5-9 on the season with this loss.

The Sixers played well, but couldn’t finish the deal. It’s hard for them to score points without C-Web and A.I. Willie Green led the team in scoring again with 24 points and 4 assists. Andre Iguodala had a great game with 18 points, 16 rebounds, 10 assists and 3 steals. Kyle Korver scored 19 points off the bench. Shavlik Randolph was the muscle tonight with 7 points and 11 rebounds. Kevin Ollie only scored 6 points, but he dished out 9 assists.

The Sixers fell to 4-7 on the season.

The Sixers took on the Pistons without A.I. and C-Web and the result was not surprising. The Sixers had a rough time shooting the ball (39.5%) and couldn’t stop the Pistons from hitting their shots (50%).

Willie Green led the way with 24 points and 3 steals. Andre Iguodala had a decent game with 13 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists. Kyle Korver added 13 points and 5 rebounds off the bench. Kevin Ollie pitched in with 11 points. Shavlik Randolph (9 points, 9 rebounds) and Samuel Dalembert (8 points, 15 rebounds) provided the muscle off of the bench.

The Sixers fell to 4-6 on the season. They need their two big guns back or they will have a big hole to dig out of.
